MEGA MAN X DiVE – MOBILE Gameplay

 

First, it is the time to dive into the gameplay in here. MEGA MAN X DiVE – MOBILE is a 2D action platform game that has been modified through the Mega Man Maverick Hunter X engine. The gameplay here shows many similarities to the standard Mega Man as a scrolling game, and there are only certain aspects that are changed here.

 

What is makes it unique with changing aspects is MEGA MAN X DiVE – MOBILE players can attack their enemies by using all angles with a system of optional automatic aim. So it is way more similar to the Mega Man X7. Enemies are not dropping any of the recovery items.

Challenge 

 

Challenge mode has two divided sub-modes in it.

 

• Boss challenge – this the Boss refights, and they award the players with some materials and memory on the chips and weapons.

 

• Jakob Orbital Elevator – in here, players are tasked to clear out the enemy waves from each floor, and each character will have a limited use amount. So clearing out has to be managed with this limited number of uses. Some of the floors in here are containing the boss fights, which is reminding the X challenge.

 

1v1 Practice

1v1 Ranked Match Simulation 

 

In this phase, two players are selecting three characters fighting against each other.

This also plays the same game mode just like the previous, but it has a ranking system with it now

 

3v3 Combat 

 

This is a game mode within the Closed Beta Test. In here, six players are fighting against one another within teams. On the open beta of the game, this game mode has been removed.

 

Characters and the Weapons 

 

In MEGA MAN X DiVE – MOBILE, weapons and the characters are considered the game's core concepts. When there is a fight in the game, players will have to pick their favorite characters, and they need to choose a weapon. There are main or the primary weapons and secondary or the sub-weapon to choose from to use on fighting with enemies.

 

 

MEGA MAN X DiVE – MOBILE Weapons 

 

Weapons play a significant role in the MEGA MAN X DiVE – MOBILE, and it positively affects the performance of characters. If a character equips the right kind of weapon, they can do better at the battles. Most of the time, they will be able to inflict damage on enemies using their weapons. Before diving right into combat, you can choose a weapon as a main or a sub. When it is the battle on the gameplay, you will switch up between these main and the sub-weapons.

 

Five kinds of weapons can be seen here as follows.

 

• Buster – long-ranging weapons

 

• Melee weapon – melee kind of weapons like Sabers

 

• Machine Gun (Gatling and the Rifle) – weapons which have the highest fire rate within it

 

• Sprayer (Heavy and the Light) – weapons which are spraying the ammunition of them to the enemies

 

• Launcher – weapons with the lowest ammo with them, but the projectiles are exploding with the impacts it causes. So these weapons are damaging to all enemies within their range.

 

Weapons are coming the same as the rankings of the characters. Weapons or the guns in here have their set ranks with their rarity levels as B, A, and S. Like the characters, the S tier will be the top-performing weapons on this game, and A will be the next performing guns.

 

They have the best powers, the same as the S-tier weapons, and they will not be the same as the S. But they still have the best powers of the game. Then it comes the B tier. B tier weapons are the least powered items in the game MEGA MAN X DiVE – MOBILE.

 

 

How to Take Weapons or the Guns? 

 

You can take these weapons from the challenge mode, capsules, and from the store. In the lobby, you will see an option as Equip Option, and you need to tap on it. Sort this list into all, and you will be shown the entire list of the weapons. Tap this weapon and put the next button on its memory, and then you need to go to the acquisition method. This method is showing you all the list of sources where players can farm those weapon memories.

 

Memory Points 

 

Memory points are the special data that we used on upgrading the character of a layer or the weapons they are currently using. Once there are enough memory points, they will be able to rank up their weapon or the character into the highest star rank. So basically, these accumulated memory points are granting increased power on players with some unlocked additional passive skills on players to be unlocked. Skills 

 

In MEGA MAN X DiVE – MOBILE, all of the characters hold their own unique skills attached to them by the game. If we take Zero as an example, he has the Ryuenjon Skill while the Black Zero owns the skills of Raikkonen. So players can attack these several skills to the Dive Trigger and for the Chips, allowing them to customize and make use of additional attacks to get a big place at the battle.

 

Dive Triggers 

 

Dive Triggers are the most powerful skills in the MEGA MAN X DiVE – MOBILE game, and they will be only available for one use per stage. Players can equip 2 of these Dive Triggers attached with the main and sub-weapons of players. You cannot ever recover these Dive Triggers, or you can't recharge them after one use even a player is reviving themselves to the mid-stage.

 

Chip 

 

Chips are known to be the special skills in this game where players can equip weapons for additional support or damage. They are acting as a game version of the special weapons. Every chip can be leveled up, and it can even upgrade towards the highest rank of the star. Players can increase the effectiveness of their weapons through the increasing of Analysis rate on Chips.

 

Other than these, certain chips can only be equipped for a specific type of weapon. The special skills a player is granted through the chips will automatically be used whenever some criteria are being filled, like firing the weapon. Or they will be used when there I a hitting happened by an enemy.

 

Once these weapon gauges are depleted, the chip enters into a cool-down mode, refiling the gauge. So players are allowed in here to use repeatedly after spending a  specific time with it.

Character strengthening 

 

You can use the skill points to take up your character skills. Skill points can be taken from the participation of story mode star reward, challenge mode star rewards, or by the daily mission engagement.

 

So to become stronger, it is way better to rank up your character. For a rank-up, players will need some memories of the character, and they can be obtained from a capsule or the story. So they are capable of raising the star levels of a character with its attributes as well.

 

 

Weapon strengthening 

 

You can level up your weapons as well. For a weapon enhancement, it is required the weapon EXP and those have to be framed within the story mode of the game MEGA MAN X DiVE – MOBILE.
