1 to 23 – Upgrading Equipment, Odin’s Blessing, and More:

 

Map Usage:

 

You will eventually have to use your map, which can be seen at the top-right corner of your screen, to navigate through the cities of Midgard and bask in its beauty. This can also help you find a list of all the NPCs in each major city and quickly move to that location.

 

To do so, you need to start by accessing the game's full map, tap the mini-map located at the top-right corner. There you can find a list of all available NPCs at the top-left of the menu.

 

If you want to move there to the designated NPC’s location, you can tap one of the names, and the game will automatically drop you there. You can also access all the sellers, warehouses, mission locations, and others on all of the maps in the game just by doing this.

 

Another way is to use the auto-pathing option to go to your objective. It is also available by again opening the map to the world map and tapping that location which you want to navigate to and will be dropped there to auto-path.

 

Purchasing Supplies:

 

You will need a ton of supplies and usable items such as healing pots and potions, battle supplies, and scrolls, among many others, to upgrade materials and craft better Equipment with ingredients. You will only then be able to survive your adventure throughout Midgard.

 

 

Start by following the instructions above for navigating the map and find your desired NPC’s location. You can buy most combat supplies like scrolls and many ingredients and sell unwanted items to the merchant for Zeny.

 

Daily Instance Parties:

 

Teammates or parties are essential for game progression, especially to unlock Shadow Weapons; players need to work together to finish various tasks in the game, including dungeon raids and boss instances. You'll have three opportunities to complete a dungeon every day and kill the final boss to earn gear and crafting materials. This will assist you in getting essential combat information, like how to plan ahead of time and how to move and use your characters correctly.

 

To find and play with a party, you can access the recruitment channel in-game and send a request to join a party to do a particular instance with them. To Mine, you should tap on the 'Life' button when you have purchased a regular pickaxe. Choose Mining here and then auto-path to Mine one of the Veins and collect different upgrade materials and ingredients to upgrade your Equipment. Joining A Guild:

 

Most PvP and PvE-oriented games on mobile like ROX wouldn’t be complete without the Guild system. It's one another aspect ROX has perfected over the years, and joining a guild will provide you access to a slew of beneficial features as well as respective buddies with whom you can play together online. 23 to 28 – Base XP, Job XP, Teleport and More:

 

Levelling Up Quickly:

 

In most MMO RPGs like Ragnarok X: Next Generation, levelling up is essential to further progress and unlock incredible rewards. Base and Job EXP:

 

You acquire two types of XP while playing Ragnarok X: Next Generation being base class XP and Job XP.

 

Base XP – This is your character's level, upon which higher level gears are not available to you. Leveling up will award you with stat points to spend on improving your character's stats. Your base exp bar may be seen in the bottom left corner of your screen under your character information.

 

Job XP – This means the XP or your level at your current job. For every job level, you gain one skill point to spend on a specific skill. Equipment Sockets:

 

The effectiveness of your Equipment is probably the most vital aspect of making your character stronger in Ragnarok X: Next Generation. For newcomers, the Equipment is automatically suggested for the types of classes, making things a lot easier for them in the long run. For the mid to late game, there are several options to improve your gear by introducing equipment sockets.

 

You will need a Socketing Stone to socket an Equipment to make it stronger. You can find the merchant for that particular socketing stone by simply using the menu options for auto-path to the merchant who sells it. Cards:

Card Albums are earned through missions and daily sign-ins, and every killed monster has the chance to drop a card. 28 to 33 - Crafting All Blue Equipment, MVP, and Exchange Center:

 

Crafting Blue Equipment:

MVP:

 

MVPs are the world bosses in ROX that you may hunt down and earn rewards. They usually drop rare goods but are extremely hard to kill, requiring assembling a team before successfully engaging them. Be sure to check the MVP list when the bosses refresh since they only appear certain times a day, then click the corresponding map location to search for the boss through the world map. How To Pre-Order:

 

You won’t always find the item you’re looking for in The Exchange Center. You can pre-order to gain priority when the item is put up in the user interface of the Exchange Center by choosing a desired price and quantity, though do remember that you can't undo it. The system will immediately close your pre-order if another player's pre-order pricing is higher than yours. Pre-orders will take priority once the item is available, as these are available for only 48 hours. The remaining amount will be mailed to you after it is completed or closed.

 

Vending Machines:

 

Vending Machine can be found at Prontera Southwest; you must complete COC Missions to earn Gacha Coins to use or get rewards from it.

37 to 40 - Obtaining Mounts, Life Skills Advancement, and Exchange Center Auctions:

 

Obtaining A Mount:

 

You can explore the expanses of Midgard faster on Mounts. You can obtain Mounts in several ways. Firstly, they can be earned in-game through missions or NPC merchants, while you can also purchase them with real-world money at the Exchange Center. Most players can access Mounts after their second job advancement, but Knight classes can immediately receive a Pecopeco because of their skills that tie in with Mounts. Other classes instead can rent mounts from the Mount Keeper merchant at Prontera Square for 20,000 Crystals.

 

Another way is to get through Glory Pass to unlock levels if you can and obtain a Mount, but these Mounts are special ones. You can also buy a Flower Parade from the Couples System to book a dual carriage. The last method is to purchase at the Exchange Center for Diamonds.

 

Life Skill Advancement:

 

In Ragnarok X: Next Generation, Life Skill is an aspect of the game that you must use to strengthen your character without having to pay real money and do somewhat grind. You can only obtain the required resources when you upgrade or create Equipment through Life Skills. There are different Life Skills in the game, including but not limited to Mining, Fishing, and Gathering.

Exchange Center Auctions:

 

In the Exchange Center, players can auction certain goods and purchase others from other players with the currency known as Crystals, which may then be used to buy goods that other players have auctioned off.  We have a very detailed guide on this system in our Farming Crystals and Diamonds Fast.

 

 

The system changes automatically into Auction mode, and the auction house will put up the item for 6 hours. Other players can watch the auction and place bets by sending rockets. If the player bet on wins the auction, they will get a Crystal reward through the mail.

 

40 to 42 - Obtaining Ultra Rare Equipment, Equipment Enchanting, and Marriage:

 

Obtaining Special Equipment:

 

Valkyrie Equipment (Purple) – This Equipment consists of a set of Armor (Clothes, Cloak, and Shoes). These pieces don't have any level requirement, but they may be increased to Tier II, precisely like other instance equipment. To buy them, you'll need many Valkyrie Coins, which can be obtained by playing in MVP dungeons, providing 1 to 2 Valkyrie Coins after each match. Keep note of the fact that this sole piece of equipment you can't get from the Gacha.

 

MVP/Mini Equipment (Gold) – This is one of the most expensive equipment and has the best stats in all of the gear you can find can also be increased up to tier II, the same as the Instance and Valkyrie equipment. You must hunt MVP and Mini-Bosses in the wild to earn the Gold equipment. The chance of obtaining these items is based on your class’ skill level, level, and loot chances. When you fight against bosses, you'll either get MVP/Mini equipment or Coins, which you use on Gacha to roll with a 100% probability, but a single roll requires many of these coins.

 

Equipment Enchanting:

 

Another way of boosting your gear’s power other than refining, by randomly obtaining enchantment stats from an NPC in all the large cities. You can also exchange accessories three times. Marriage:

 

Having a Marriage Partner gives you access to huge boons that you can't have received otherwise. Don't focus on fighting off monsters; get married to the one you love! Purchase "L", "O", "V", "E", and other favorite items to quickly increase your Favor with your lover to the maximum. You can also choose someone else to witness the wedding after completion.

 

42 to 44 - Corsair Instance Strategies, Guild KVM, and Crystal Merchant:

 

Corsair Instance Strategy:

 

There are different instances/dungeons for you to compete in the game. We will provide tips to help you come up with strategies in completing the Corsair Instance.

 

• Try to compete on the instance at normal mode first, then go with real challenge with hard mode.
• When you fight the tentacles, fight on the bridge to avoid the pirate ship's first round of attacks.
• Avoid all the red circle attacks dished out by the captain.
• Keep running around to avoid the pirate ship's attacks.
• Always have a Priest at the party.

 

Guild KVM:

 

 

As soon as you are level 20, you can unlock the Guild, and you can participate in Guild KVM (Kreiger Von Midgard), where five players team together for 5v5 Guild battles. Competing in KVM Events will reward you with Shadow Equipment Materials. KVM starts at 21:30 every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
