Rumby Party Gameplay

First of all, you should learn how to play the Rumby Party. The game has four modes: Play, 234 Party, Mini-Game, and With Friends.

• Play: The goal of any mode in  Rumby Party is to win the match, progress through the nodes, and reach the finish line. When you select the "play" mode, you will be matched up with three random players and compete with them on a few randomly chosen maps until you reach the finish line.

• 234 Party: In this mode, you can play with your friends on the same device. If you choose 2p, you will get another joystick, and the other two positions will be filled up with bots. If you have four friends, select the 4P option, and you will get four controls. Just like the "play" mode, you have to win randomly chosen maps and reach the finish line to win.

• Mini Modes: This mode has no goals; you can play the chosen map several times to practice with bots. This is a great opportunity to learn about each map and strategies on how you should play in the main modes of the game.

• With Friends: If you want to play Rumby Party with friends who are not in close proximity, this is the mode you should choose. To play this mode, either you or your friends have to create a party and send the codes that show on top of the screen to other friends. Then, your friend should click on the same mode, enter that code into the text field located on the left side of the screen, and press join. Once all players join, the match can be started. All the rules that apply to other modes apply to this mode.

Customize and Earn Gems

One of the first things you should do in Rumby Party is click on the player name and enter your gamer name. This action will grant you 1000 gems and also make it easy to find your character during matches. Next, go to the settings and log in with Google Play to earn 3000 gems. 

Once you have done that, click on the joystick button and adjust the joystick size to match your fingers. However, be careful not to make the joystick too big, or you will have a hard time executing quick moves. This is because you will need to drag the joystick further to perform the action.

Collect New Rumbies

In the Rumby Party, your starting Rumby has the most standard attributes, but some have better luck and special quirks. Once you've collected the gems, enter the shop and use them to draw new Rumbies. If you're lucky, you might get a Rumby with high luck. As the game develops, you'll encounter new Rumbies like Wonderland Rumby, Spooky Land Rumby, and many more. Saving your gems to acquire them once they are released is also something you can do.

If you're planning to save gems, one strategy is to participate in the "play" mode and collect trophies. Each tournament you win increases your ranking on the leaderboard. Do Not Give Up

As you know by now, to win in Rumby Party, you have to reach the end goal. But if you lose a few matches, you might feel like the game is over. However, that's not true. There is more than one route to reach the end goal just like in snakes and ladders.

In every Rumby Party match, you will have to compete on several maps to achieve victory. In this section, we will show you some tips and strategies to play each map.

Jewel Hunt

The goal of this map is to collect jewels as much as you can. Mostly, you will see the blue gems, but rarely this map will spawn a gold gem. This yellow gem awards you with a lot of points and allows you to take the lead more easily. If you want to win, you should never let this be collected by others. Besides gems, you will also see bombs appearing here and there on the map. You can bump into them and make them hit other players. When they get hit by a bomb, they will be out of the match for a few seconds.

As you get comfortable with controls and UI, look at the scoreboard and always try to knock out the player with the highest score. By doing that, you can collect gems and pass them to win the match more easily.

Fishy Feed

In this Rumby Party map, all 4 players get a seal to feed. The goal is to collect fish from the other side and feed them to your seal. Just like jewels, there will be a special fish that gives you high points when you feed it to your seal. So, be on the lookout for those to collect more points faster.

While crossing the sheet of ice, sometimes you will get the opportunity to throw other players into the water. Always take this opportunity to slow down your competition. Especially target the players that are carrying gold-colored fish to prevent them from taking a huge lead. Strategic use of these actions can give you the upper hand and increase your chances of winning the match.

Log Roll

In this map, your job is to survive rolling logs. Use the red indicators on the platform to find out which log will be rolling down next and try to stay on another platform to survive. As always, you can push other players in front of the rolling logs to eliminate them. However, make sure to do it in short bursts, or if they move out of the way, you might be pushed in front of the rolling logs and lose the match.

The key here is quick decision-making and awareness of the log patterns. Keep an eye on the indicators, anticipate the movements of the logs, and use strategic pushes to gain an advantage. Surviving the log rolls while effectively eliminating opponents will increase your chances of success on this challenging map.

Slime Crush

In this match, your job is to roll over the slimes moving about and collect points. This is a game of cunning and dexterity. To easily crush the slimes, always stay near the edges. This way, you can roll over them as soon as they start coming to the map, and you can pursue them to a corner, easily crushing them because they will have nowhere else to go.

However, if you want to make sure other players do not collect enough points to win, try to crush the slimes that are running away from other players by getting in front. This strategic move not only helps you gather points but also hinders your opponents' progress. Mastering the balance between collecting points and disrupting your opponents' strategies is the key to success in the Slime Crush map.

Push Push

Similar to the Log Roll match, the goal of this map is survival. Every few seconds, a bomb will drop from the sky. To avoid getting hit, make sure to stay away from the nuclear warning signs that appear on the floor. Occasionally, a large red circle will be displayed on the outer layer of the map. When this happens, push other players towards that circle and try to stay in the middle circle. When the red circle collapses, the players on it will be taken with it.

When pushing players, your momentum matters. Always move away and then go in the direction of the other player you want to push, bumping into them. This strategy allows you to easily clear the board and increase your chances of survival. Quick reflexes and strategic positioning are essential to navigate the chaotic environment of the Push Push map successfully.

Lava Tiles

In this map, the tiles are indicated in red, and they disappear. Your goal is to move to the one that is not glowing red to stay alive. To win, avoid trying to push other players here, as it can be distracting and may lead to getting stranded on a single tile that goes nowhere, resulting in failure. Instead, always try to stay on the middle tile and move only when that tile is about to disappear.

You can use corners to travel to other tiles, so don't always look for a path that lies straight from one tile to another. When choosing a tile to move, go for one that is surrounded by other red tiles. This way, when the tile you are on is about to disappear, the surrounding tiles will have respawned to save you. Strategic movement and awareness of tile patterns are crucial to mastering the Lava Tiles map and securing your victory.

Spinny Sword and Brusty Balloon

In this Rumby Party map, all players will have a knife equipped. Your job is to hit other players with your spinning knife and avoid getting hit by their knives. To achieve this, don't go directly towards other players. Instead, move in their direction and when you think your knife can hit the enemy, take a quick left or right turn. Glance the sword on them to make them lose hearts and bring you one step closer to victory. Rinse and repeat this process to master the game and achieve victory.

In the Brusty Balloon mode, the goal is to save your three balloons and destroy your opponents' balloons. Use the same tactic as in the Spinny Sword map. When you perform the spinning move, your sword attack becomes more powerful and sometimes turns the enemy's balloon toward you. Quickly stab and finish the job. If you're fast enough, you can turn opponents by hitting the direction they are swinging their swords. This makes their turn faster and exposes the back where their precious balloons are. Strategic swordplay and balloon defense are key to success in both game modes.
