You can find this during a match; what it does is decreases the amount of cooldown you have on your abilities. It spawns at different places in the team deathmatch. Once you pick it up, the regenerator takes about 60 seconds to recharge fully.

 

Only use it when your enemies are pushing at you, and you have your abilities on cooldown.
