SLIME - ISEKAI Memories: 6 Star Equipment Guide

2021-11-08

As most of us might already know, Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc is one of the best developers out there for visually appealing and gorgeous game titles. They have many excellent game titles, including game versions of one of the most famous and sought-after anime titles under their sleeve, such as Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, and One Piece. This has helped the developers gather a huge player base, with most of them being active players and people who follow the franchise wholeheartedly.

SLIME - ISEKAI Memories has also been added to the list of outstanding game titles the developers already own. It is from the role-playing genre, similar to other titles in the series. Players will be entering and experiencing the world of 'That time I got reincarnated as a Slime.' But with 3D battle features and getting an opportunity to experience various characters like Rimuru, Great Sage, Gobta, Shion, Shuna, Benimaru, Gabiru, and more, along with some newly added characters.

Also, the story has been revamped with a new tale where Shinsha, a mysterious girl, claims to be Rumuru's child. Even here relation with the witch to the mirror land, Izis, is unknown. It is a big mystery whether Rumuru and the habitants of Tempest will be able to survive the challenges Izis has for them.

Many anime fans are out there; hence, bringing an anime into a gaming avatar is a very effective way of gaining a bigger player base.

What are these equipment exactly?

These equipment are used to increase a character's stats. And ultimately, increasing a character's stats will definitely help you progress in the game a lot faster. Basically, Attack, HP, and defense are the stats that a character can see upgradation in. But for this, the main requirement is a Forge which you need to build in your nation. If you haven't yet gotten access to it, try to enable it as soon as possible, or else you won't be able to upgrade your character stats.

To unlock your Forge section, you need to increase the capacity of citizens in your nation and complete quests simultaneously leveling up your central office. Being on Level 3 is necessary, and this can be achieved by completing quests and earning experience points. So the main thing is to prioritize building your Forge.

Next step after acquiring 'Forge'

Once you get access to 'Forge,' you can enter the forge menu and immediately start crafting. Now primarily, you will be required to craft 3-star items, and every character has a specific item compatible with it. For example, for wind characters, it's the green book named "Tome of Swift Wind," and for water characters, it will be a blue book named "Tome of Icy Water." Additional items for a specific type of character include claws for brawlers and hammers for heavy wielders. The books are only for Tome users. And obviously, you need specific materials to craft these items. Having insufficient materials won't let you craft anything.

How to determine which item is best for your character and item enhancing

To know which item will work best with your character, you will have to enter into the character details menu to see all your characters with their specific ratings. Here you will have to select the character you want to enhance. To determine which character needs what type of item, you can check it under the equip tab, where the expertise will be mentioned as either a book, claw, hammer, etc.

For example, if we talk about the Tome type character, a character element-specific book will either provide a +20% (might be more) attack, defense, or HP. It's up to you whether the attack, defense, or HP is a priority. This same concept goes for armor and shield as well. You can either buy a new accessory or enhance the already existing one. Evolving an awesome feature where you can increase the star rating of an item in exchange for certain materials.

Where to farm materials required for crafting and enhancing

There is only one way you can farm these materials: enter the quests tab, and then under 'events,' you need to select 'Conquest.' This section is accessible after you reach a citizen count of 3500. In the Conquest section, 7 different bosses can be defeated. And every boss is of a different element, and defeating that specific boss will ensure items of the same element.

For example, if you are up against the fire boss "Flaming Domain," defeating it will get you many fire-type items that will be useful in building fire equipment. The trick to defeating these bosses is to use a counter element. Such as a fire boss can be defeated using water. And similar to other games, the higher the difficulty you select, the better items you get once you defeat the boss.

For upgrading items like armor and weapons, you have to defeat bosses at normal difficulty as beginners won't provide you with the necessary items for upgrading. If you can complete every single mission on the beginner level, you will be able to perform parallel processing, which you can then max out to pull items the next day.

Final step to get a 6-star equipment

After gathering all the necessary materials for upgrading, you can enter the Forge menu and click on enhance to enter the items menu. Here you can select the item you want to enhance to a higher level, check the materials required, and hit evolve. Boom!!! You have higher star equipment. But a very important thing has to be remembered: only 3-star equipment can be upgraded to 6 stars. A 1-star or 2-star equipment can be evolved only up to 4-star and 5-star respectively. So the basic algorithm is you can only evolve equipment thrice.
