Most of us already know about famous titles like Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, and Naruto. Slime - ISEKAI Memories also lives up to its name as the game version of one of the best anime titles out there. It's from the role-playing genre of games; hence the gameplay will be action-packed, and there won't be any dull moments while playing it. Fun is a guaranteed factor when it comes to games from Bandai Namco.
Slime - Isekai Memories is a role-playing game; hence, it might get overwhelming at times for new players. So to know what is happening right from the start, a guide will play a very important role. Here we will be addressing what to do and what not to while playing the game so that you can enjoy the game to the fullest and progress as quickly as possible.
Slime Isekai takes place in the universe of 'That time I got reincarnated as a Slime' with beautiful 3D visuals and extraordinary graphics. All you anime fans out there will go crazy after seeing such refined implementation of the graphics. And the best part is you will be able to explore some familiar characters from the anime like - Rimuru, Great Sage, Gobta, Shion, Shuna, Benimaru, Gabiru, and many more. There are also some fresh characters added to make it more interesting.
Additionally, the story has also been substantially changed with a brand new storyline where Shinsha, a mysterious girl, claims to be Rumuru's kid. Shinsha's relation with Izis, who is the witch to the mirror land, is also unknown. It is still a dilemma whether Rumuru and the people of Tempest will be able to withstand the challenges Izis has for them. The storyline also has a different universe where Gabiru, who acquired the throne of Lizardman in mirror land and Shion, ascended after absorbing her dead comrades' souls.
The story is quite interesting, and the gameplay is even more fun, so this guide will cover all the important aspects of everything in the game.
Companions are one of the crucial aspects of the game. One of the main things you can do while in the game is to click on the 'Home Display Companions' button and 'talk' to the characters that can be seen over there. These are in-game characters, and talking to them every day without fail increases their affection towards you. It's not only limited to that because, in turn, you will receive a 'pass' for every character that will make them stronger in terms of stats like attacks, defense, etc.; you will have a guaranteed defense increase of 0.4 every time you use a pass.
You will also receive stamina pots which come in handy later in the game. For example, talking to the professor will increase his 'Bond Level' along with his defense, attack, and HP, and you will also receive magic crystals.
There is also a 'Requests' tab that you can access, and it will have small quest-like tasks that will also help you increase your bond with characters and rewards like stamina pots and EP.
One of the main things that you have to focus on is your beginner missions. Some of the missions can only be unlocked by logging into the game for 7 days straight. You can even unlock characters if you complete all the beginner's missions. Apart from that, you receive a huge amount of crystals after the completion of each mission. A single page of beginner's missions can reward you with almost 300 crystals. These things will ensure you have enough resources, and the gameplay will progress quickly and smoothly.
Also, remember to go through your daily challenges every single day. Completing these daily challenges will get you many crucial in-game resources like magicians and magic crystals.
Focusing on your town is also a crucial thing to remember because it's directly linked to your citizen count. Make sure you level up your town as fast as possible. Upgrade the central office building to increase the population limit of your town. Build more and more houses to increase the citizen count.
A higher-level central office building will also unlock extra space in your area, enabling you to build more houses. Also, remember to upgrade these houses to keep increasing the citizen count. Various types of houses can be built, but only 3 houses of a single type can be built. You can upgrade the house to a higher tier once built to increase the citizen count further.
The resources required to level up your central office building and houses can be farmed from playing the story mode in different levels of difficulty. Even if you want to unlock the types of houses, you need to play every single story mode in beginner's difficulty. Hence focus on your town properly to have a strong foundation right from the start.
Upgrading your character is also a very important thing to do. Once you reach a citizen count of 1600, you can unlock the 'Ability release' section on every character's stat page. Most of the players tend to miss this important factor. By doing so, you can raise your character's EP by 2000 or 3000, and also you can get a bonus of almost 15000 EP on every character solely with the help of these ability releases. The best part is you can farm these, and they are quite easy to farm. As an additional advantage, you can auto farm one ability at a time, saving you from going through it all by yourself.
The stamina mechanic of the game is excellent and efficient. You will only lose about 5 stamina per run even on the hardest difficulty stages, and in return, you will be showered with huge rewards. Stamina pots are one of the main sources of stamina, and they give you around 10 stamina points.
The Ability Release section has 5 pages, and the first page is unlocked at 1600 citizen count. Simultaneously the citizen count will increase to unlock the further stages. For example, it will require a 3200 citizen count to unlock the 2nd page.
After reaching a citizen count of 1600, you can unlock 'Parallel Processing.' If we put it in simple words, parallel processing helps you farm items without playing the game. Convenient right!!!! The game will farm resources for you, saving you a lot of time. It's one of the best features in the game.
Now the fuel for this is stamina. If you have some extra stamina to spare, you can use it in parallel processing. Once you are in the parallel processing tab, you can hit 'MAX' to use up all your stamina. For example, if you hit max and then it shows '27', the algorithm will process the stages 27 times without you having to play it 27 times and receive the equivalent rewards. It will show you the estimated time because while parallel processing is in action, you cannot play any other stage. Hence remember only to do this when you are not playing the game.
So basically, if you are getting off the game for the day or night, you can just trigger the parallel processing. The game will play itself into generating rewards by the time you re-initiate the game.
So that was it for this guide on how to progress quickly and effectively in Slime Isekai. Almost everything mentioned in this guide is extremely crucial and must be remembered by every player before heading into the game. It will also be much easier for new players to understand what to do and what not to do so that everyone can enjoy the game equally.
