When I want to pay, it says that I cannot use Atome for 90 days just because I late for payment only for 1 day! Fair enough, I've been charged for it. But charge + being suspended for 90 days for it is harshed! I've cleared all of my bills and there's no outstanding bills whatsoever. Support team/customer service? Laughable. I need to send 3 emails to them for only they replied to me with no help to solve it! No direct customer service to contact which makes it more inconvenient. Ridiculous!

their system failed to charge me automatically without notifications and charged me for late fees.. someone contacted me for late payments even their the ones failed to charge automatically and even i have enough funds..im trying to ask help to resolve the issues but they were not replying and so i contacted support but no use at all..they are not willing to help but so fast to take late fees..also after contacting the support team thats when they automatically charge including the late fee..

Someone from Atome always asks for a payment receipt even though I have already paid the bill through the app. I find it annoying and I think you should improve the payment and record system. Why you need the receipts when you can see my record in Atome? It is really necessary?
