It is not surprising that various libraries are full of books on fiqh which contain many opinions and ideas from the imams of fiqh.
Among the valuable fiqh books is the book Bidayah Al-Mujtahid wa Nihayah Al-Muqtashid by Imam Abu Al-Walid Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Muharnmad Rusyd Al Qurthubi, when the science of jurisprudence became the most important science, hell we were very concerned about the book , it discusses a number of problems that are needed by students of knowledge, and helps them in worshiping the Lord of the Worlds, and in order to be able to distinguish between what is lawful and what is unlawful.
In this book, after asking Allah for help and His taufiq, we try to explain the authentic as well as the da'if from the various hadiths and atsars disclosed by the author, so that a student of knowledge gets used to knowing the valid arguments.
Finally, all praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
