- monthly fee invoices - interactive month-by-month reporting with receipt attachments and online approval of the folder
- view of the evolution of expenses by account and account group (Expenses on water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.)
- comparison of budgeted versus realized (graphs and details)
- view of default (reports and graphs)
- management of contracts with third parties
- management of preventive and periodic maintenance
- management and communication of fines and warnings with the right to defense,
- view of the relationship between employees and the condominium’s management body,
- registration of suppliers and service providers,
- access to personnel department data (schedule, vacation schedule, projections)
