ERASEG Description
The ERASEG application ranges from simple condominium management to opening the building's doors using the integrations available in the application. Everything with the same login and password, receiving pushes for the most important issues, online and real-time access, life in a residential and business condominium is much more peaceful. Features (vary depending on the plan enabled):
- Complete registration of condominium owners, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit;
- Communication between property manager and residents with control of pending issues, discussion groups, lost and found items, notices, maintenance, etc. (in moderation);
- Reservations in the party room, changes and other agendas;

- Control of entry and exit of visitors;
- Authorization of visitor entry;
- Access to security cameras;
- Notices of arrival and pick-up of orders;
