catchBAB Description
Stay fit, mindful, vigilant and immersed to catch BAB while mimicking the hunts of hunter-gatherers
· It has 2 modes
1. Running mode – You have to run above target heart rate of your age
2. Walking mode – You don't have to care about heart rate
· After START and Run/Walk by 50~150 steps, Wake watch
If you think heart rate & step count are proper, Press LOOK
If proper, You will get Letter A or B. If not, no Letter
· Remember Letters moving right
You get B as first, A as second, so it is A B
You get new Letter A as third, so it is A A B
· If You think It is B A B, Press CATCH
If it's right, you catch BAB +1 . if wrong, you lose all catch
· If you press LOOK when it is B A B, You missed B A B and lose all catch
