App works only about 25% of the time. If you're not in constant Bluetooth range of your Dezl device at all times, it will fail to reconnect. The only way to reconnect it is to Force Stop the app and restart it, reboot the GPS and hope it reconnects. When it is connected, it changes the volume and ringer setting on your phone, even with all the permissions off. Furthermore, when the GPS and app are connected, the GPS does not pull traffic updates or automatically reroute or anything.

When the app is able to connect, it's great.. but it never connects.. or when it does, you can expect the app to disconnect in short, and somehow not reconnect. I've tried all the faq suggestions. Fix your app, Garmin. There's no point in a Navigation tool If it doesn't tell you where the construction and traffic backups are to be able to navigate around... fix the app and I change the review to 5 stars.

Literally does not work! Unuseable £350 of brand new sat Nav and it won't connect to the app. Shocking that a company like Garmin would have an app that cannot even connect or function. No instructions with the device so you have to connect to the app. Which it doesn't. Incredibly frustrating and it just means that the device is getting sent back. I even updated the device software and reinstalled app 3 times. Waste of time and money. Garmin you should be ashamed of this app!
