"Tafseer Bayan Al-Qur'an"
1- Hazrat Thanvi, may God have mercy on him, says about his commentary on Bayan al-Qur'an:
"I have written this tafsir in perfect detail with the president. It will be appreciated by the able-bodied people who have studied at least twenty reliable tafsirs. They will see how easily the places where serious problems and differences have occurred can be resolved." It was done by just adding a few words inside the parentheses, it is only the grace of Allah.
2- Hazrat Allama Anwarshah Kashmiri, may Allah have mercy on him, once said during Dars Bukhari:
"I always thought that Urdu is devoid of knowledge and research, but after studying Maulana Thanvi's commentary, I had to modify my opinion and now I think that Urdu is also full of high-level scientific research." .
3- The Grand Mufti of Pakistan, Hazrat Maulana Mufti Muhammad Shafi, may God have mercy on him, writes about the interpretation of the Quran:
"In Tafseer Bayan al-Qur'an, the extensive and detailed discussions of major books have been summarized and concluded."
4- Muhaddith Asr Allama Syed Muhammad Yusuf Banuri, may God have mercy on him, writes about the interpretation of Bayan al-Qur’an:
"Allama Shah Muhammad Ashraf Ali Thanvi, may God have mercy on him, has translated the Holy Qur'an the best. Along with this translation, Hazrat Thanvi also wrote a commentary in Urdu, in which after studying other commentaries, with great effort and struggle, important and useful matters have been explained. He wrote in a concise and concise manner, and solved the difficult points with great excellence.
