From both the CVR website and the app, condo residents, trustees, counselors, employees and contractors can perform their tasks and organize their routines simply, quickly, efficiently and above all from anywhere and anytime.
Available resources range from simply managing open slips to opening building doors using the integrations available in the application. All with the same login and password, getting pushed to the most important issues, online and real time access.
Features (vary by plan enabled):
- Complete registration of owners, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between liquidator and residents with pending control, discussion groups, lost and found, warnings, maintenance, etc. (in moderation).
- ballroom reservations, removals and other agendas,
- access to the regiment and other condominium documents,
- monthly fee slips - month-to-month interactive accountability with voucher attachments and online folder approval
- overview of the evolution of expenses on account and group of accounts (expenses with water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.)
