FICAM Condomínios is one of the most traditional condominium management companies in São Paulo.
For the tenants, we provide the necessary infrastructure for a quality service, and for the liquidators, we provide quality and trustworthy services in the administrative, financial, personal, accounting and legal areas, in order to provide a more relaxed and highly professional management.

Both through the FICAM website and the application, the residents, trustees, counselors, employees and service providers of the condominium can perform their tasks and organize their routines in a simple, fast, efficient and above all from any place and at any time.
With FICAM, life in condominiums is much more intelligent. Features (vary depending on the enabled plan):
- Complete registration of tenants, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit;
- Communication between superintendent and residents with pending control, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (in moderation);
- Party room reservations, changes and other agendas;
- Access to the regulations and other documents of the condominium;
- Monthly fee slips - interactive month-to-month accountability with attachments of receipts and online approval of the portfolio;
- View of the evolution of expenses by account and account group (Water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.) expenses;
- Compared budgeted versus realized (graphics and detailing);
- View of default (reports and graphs);
- Contract management with third parties;
