The Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union is a codified normative legal act regulating relations regarding the movement of goods across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia). The Code is an appendix to the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union dated April 11, 2017, which entered into force on January 1, 2018 and replaced the Customs Code of the Customs Union. The Code is intended to automate, speed up and simplify a number of customs processes.

Belarus - ratified on October 25, 2017
Russia - ratified by Federal Law No. 317-FZ of 11/14/2017 (About six months will be required by the FCS for the adoption of acts)
Kazakhstan - approved by parliament on November 30, 2017
Armenia - ratified on December 6, 2017
Kyrgyzstan - ratified by the Supreme Council on December 27, 2017, the law on ratification was signed by the President on December 30, 2017
