Verification Process
• Initial Submission: When a report is submitted, it is first logged into our system with all relevant details, including location, description, and any supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
• Preliminary Review: Our team conducts a preliminary review to check for completeness and relevance. Reports that lack sufficient detail or evidence are flagged for follow-up.
• Field Verification: Verified reports are assigned to field officers who visit the reported location to confirm the violation. This step ensures that only genuine reports are processed.
• Final Approval: Once the field verification is complete, the report is reviewed by a senior officer for final approval. If the report is confirmed, the fine is imposed on the offender, and the reporter is awarded 20% of the fine.
• Notification: Both the reporter and the offender are notified of the outcome. The reporter receives their reward through the app, and the offender is informed of the fine and payment process.
