Hear2Read Odia Text to Speech Description
This App contains Odia male voice database for Hear2Read Indic Text To Speech (TTS) App.
Please install this after installing Indic Hear2Read Text To Speech App. Once installed, the TTS App learns about it, next time the TTS App is used. The TTS App makes a copy of the voice database for generating synthetic speech.
If the voice App is deleted, it is also deleted from the list of voices available to Indic TTS App.
Please send an e-mail to feedback@Hear2Read.org with any incorrect or difficult to understand pronunciations that you come across. Please do not post it as a review comment since developers (that is us - Hear2Read volunteers) are limited in responses to reviews.
At this time Hear2Read does not speak letters as they being typed using a keyboard. It speaks complete words after the user has typed a space denoting end of the word.
Hear2Read converts text to speech by understanding text only. It does not understand the meaning of the sentence. As such the end of sentence modulation is missing and the speech is passive or flat without proper intonation.
