Our objective is to provide a comprehensive HR Payroll cloud platform (HR Forte) and ICCS - Integrated Clients-centric Solutions, a fusion of ERP and CRM (OctoPro) that cater to the needs of service providers, freelancers, and multinational corporations operating in Asia or multi-countries.

Modules in our systems:
Employee - easy to use, simple HRMS covering employee personal data, work contract, compensation, job positions and any work related data.
Timesheet - with available API integration to any cloud time attendance systems, real time data of clocking in-out are synced to our systems. Employees can be assigned to different timesheet cut-off periods and approval levels.
eLeave - Employees apply leave from web based or mobile app with ESS (Employee Self Service) from anywhere and anytime. Comprehensive settings of leave policies and approval levels.
eClaim - Employees apply and submit claims via ESS for reimbursements into payroll via web-based or mobile app from anywhere and anytime. Support documents attachment in different formats PDF, word, excel, JPG, PNG (any files format). Reviewing and approving are easy with our comprehensive approval settings. HR has the flexibility to decide applicable tax based each country's tax regulations.
Overtime (OT) - Employee can apply and submit overtime via ESS for direct superior for approval. Compensation will be automatically calculated based on each country's labor regulations.
Payroll - It is so easy to compute payroll when all data (leave, approved claims, approved OT, finalised timesheets, loans deductions) needed can be pulled into payroll with few clicks. Taxes and statutory deductions are automatically computed based on each country's labor and tax regulations. Easily to review each details of payroll, encrypted e-payslips in local language, export of all payroll details to MS Excel.
Year-end personal tax finalisation - Auto columnised by months by employees for the calendar year of all payroll data processed in the systems to calculate the resulting average year-end personal taxes for each employees. Particularly efficient and useful when responsibility for reconciling year-end personal taxes is with employer / company.
Statutory reports - Cover all necessary templates of statutory reports in local languages with payroll data processed based on each country's regulations.
