ROS-HR Description
1. ROS HR - One place for all your staff management, scheduling, time tracking, forecasting and payroll.
2. Restaurant owner will login with his assigned pin number. example 900000 for Restaurant Owner login to configure restaurant.
3. You will able to see two restaurant which is Pratian Test Restaurant 1 and Pratian Test Restaurant-2 .
4. Pratian Test Restaurant 1 will have green tick mark flag to indicate that particular restaurant is already has been configured in the another restaurant you can't configure again for same restaurant and another restaurant.
5. Pratian Test Restaurant -2 the pin number is 800000.
6.Click on Confirm button to configure Pratian Test Restaurant - 2
7.Clock-In and Clock-Out screen will appear for restaurant to mark their attendance
8.Clicking on Clock-in button Employee has to enter his assigned pin number to mark his/her attendance according to shift. for example 000003 is a pin number for employee.
9. Employee will only able to mark his/her attendance when his shift is available accordingly to date and time . otherwise a pop up will come which indicate employee shift is not started yet message
10. If employee shift is available then he able to see his shift details according to current time and date.
11.To perform clock-in process employee he has to take his pitcher and press the button clock-in to mark hi clock-in attendance
12. To perform clock-out employee will perform same steps as he followed while performing clock-in process.
