Kitab Talbis Iblis Description
Talbis means showing evil in the form of goodness, meaning that a person feels that he is doing something good when in fact he is doing evil/munkar against Allah. Talbis is easier to interpret as a trap.
Satan is a creature of God who first denied/disobeyed God's command to prostrate to Adam because he felt he was better than Adam. So Devil's Talbis are traps made by the devil in order to turn people away from serving only Allah. Satan is a descendant of the devil, a spirit similar to a genie created from fire, whose work is to mislead people.
