The app includes videos, audio, images, and learning materials particularly on how to support the development of children one year before they are transitioning to grade 1. Quizzes and self-assessments support individual learning and self-reflection.

KnowHow Early Learning facilitates teacher professional development through group-learning amongst peers at preprimary level, grade one and beyond. Be inspired by new teaching methodologies and apply them in your own teaching context, encouraging age-appropriate learning throughout primary school. Typically, it takes 20 weeks for a group to work through all modules and units, but continuing to meet regularly with fellow teachers to work collaboratively and share knowledge and skills is an important effect.
