MyInsights - Field Service App Description
• The MyInsights application from Toyota Material Handling is a Telematics application created for the Field Service Technicians to manage the Forklift/Truck.
• The application uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect the application to the Telematics device.
• This application presents information to the Field Service Technicians in a clean and easy-to-use interface and allows them to perform various actions on the Vehicle and the Telematics device.
• Using this application, the Field Service Technicians can perform the following activities:
• Search the Sites and Forklift/Trucks within a site for Vehicle-Device pairing.
• Get detailed information about the site like Site Name, Site ID, and Site Address.
• Get detailed information about the Vehicle and the Telematics device like Vehicle Model, Vehicle Serial, Vehicle Manufacturer, Device Serial Number, Device Wi-Fi MAC Address, etc.
• Pair and Unpair a Vehicle with a Telematics device.
• Diagnose the Vehicle and Telematics device issues.
• Check the active and resolved Telematics errors.
• Check the active and resolved Vehicle errors.
• Reboot the Telematics device.
• Perform a Factory Reset of the device.
• This application is available in 3 languages (English, French Canadian, and Spanish) giving the users the flexibility to choose their preferred language.
