Panduan Tadabbur Al-Qur'an Description
This Android application is an Explanation of the Al-Qur'an Tadabbur Guide By Dr. Khalid Abdul Kariim al-Laahim. In PDF format.
The book "Mafaatihu Tadabburil Qur'an wan Najaah fil-Hayaah" (Keys to Tadabur Al-Qur'an and success in life) was written by Dr. Khalid Abdil Kariim al-Laahim Al-Qur'an Lecturer wa Uluumuhu who holds the position of Lector of Al-Imam Muhammad bin Suud University, is relatively small for the size of a book that talks about the Koran. The book measures 17 x 24 cm and has 80 pages. However, the contents are full and dense, especially since this book leads us to the main purpose of the Qur'an being revealed; so that it becomes a guidance or hand book for every Muslim.
"So that the Qur'an becomes our breath and pulse," I think this phrase is appropriate to describe the main message conveyed by Dr. This Khalid al-Laahim. Departing from his personal spiritual exploration in search of a secret of personal happiness and maturity, reminds us all of the existence of precious gems that are wasted, of a great power that is not empowered.
It would be very unfortunate if the language factor became an obstacle for many people to enjoy the fruit of the nutritious knowledge presented by the author, considering how impossible it is for a Muslim to be consistent with his deen without being guided by the Al-Qur'an, just as it is impossible to understand the contents of the Al-Qur'an without understanding and absorbing the messages it carries. This moved my heart to translate his writings with the hope that the book can be enjoyed by more people.
I did not translate this book literally. In this case, I first listened sentence by sentence in one paragraph to get a clear picture of the intent and direction of the phrases that the author built. After that I try to express it in Indonesian which is equivalent both in terms of grammatical rules and language style while maintaining the authenticity of the vocabulary used by the author.
Because Uslub or the expression as stated by Dr. Abd Lathif Badr is a way of conveying thoughts, issues, and feelings (al-Balaghah wa an-Naqdu, Univ. Al-Imam Riyadh). Therefore, in addition to transforming information from the language of the original text, a translation should also evoke emotions in the reader of the translated text, such as the emotions built by the original text in the reader.
Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
