SliceMeNice Description
Furthermore: no ads, no registration required and no AI. Simple to use. Works offline.
SliceMeNice allows you to get slices from any image automatically and animate the segments in various ways, while manipulating the scene in 3D in real time. Simply add an image and use your phone's gyroscope (in other words: move your phone around) to make the movements more fun. Just make sure your phone has a decent specs.
Swipe to choose a photo from your gallery. True, it will get sliced up to shreds, but will come back to life in style immediately after. Rotate the phone. Touch to reset 3D rotation of the image. Double tap to disable rotation or enable it again. Use physical volume buttons to adjust number of slices/animation speed. Do a long screen press to alternate between the modes. Use lower half of the screen to do the aforementioned gestures. It’s that simple!
Whether it's your favorite painting, landscape shot, some kind of abstraction, or perhaps even a screenshot of a text, SliceMeNice lets you get creative and have fun. Personally I like using it on selfies and group portraits the most. Looks great on transparent images too. Depending on your Android version, you may need to manually allow the app to access your photos in settings. Slice me, slice me not. Slice me! And don’t forget to try our “smoothie” mode! :)
Despite occasionally using the first-person plural, I’m a solo developer. I am dedicated to creating some experimental graphical stuff, often offering it to the community for free. If you feel like buying me a coffee or even a donut, I won't say no. My paypal: lordian12345@yahoo.com
After donating (donuting), as a humble thank you, I'll create (if you want me to) a unique digital piece of generative abstract art just for you (non-AI one, nothing’s wrong with AI but that’s just too easy) and send it to your email address as a PNG picture file - with your explicit permission of course.
You could also use the email address above to send me a suggestion regarding the app.
Maybe it’s worth mentioning that we fully respect your privacy. It goes without saying that we don’t have access to the images you use, of course.
Thanks for being a part of this journey, and God bless.
