The discussion of fiqh interpretation of this verse covers three main issues, namely the stages of prohibiting khamer, prohibitions on junub and fiqh of traveling. However, in this chapter only two discussions will be discussed, namely those related to the prohibition of junub and the relief of worship while traveling.
Prohibition of Junub: A person who is in a state of janabah or has a big hadats, is called a junub. Where this condition causes the prohibition of doing some work, because the work requires the sanctity of major hadats.
The prohibition can be distinguished for two reasons. Prohibition due to special reasons for menstruation and childbirth. And the prohibition because of janabah in general.
Prohibition on Janabah in General: Praying, Prostrating Recitations, Tawaf, Holding or Touching Mushaf, Reciting Al-Quran Verses and Keeping Silence in the Mosque.
