Valmet Welcome Journey Description
The Valmet Welcome Journey game is intended to serve as a learning and engagement platform for employees who are starting their activities at Valmet, or who are already part of the company, being able to stay aligned with the main contents of the company.
During the game, you take on the role of a new Valmet employee. However, for him to start carrying out his activities, he must discover how the company's dynamics and his responsibilities work, as this will be a decisive factor for him to successfully achieve his goals and those of the company.
The game has 4 regions with unique challenge trails. These regions allude to Valmet's plants that must be addressed in the project. Challenge trails must be completed to unlock access to other areas of the game, allowing for progression. Each track focuses on Valmet's Onboarding content.
The trail challenges have different formats and must be completed with a minimum score for the next phase to be released. By winning all the challenges in a location, a new part of the map is unlocked, bringing new content to the player.
Aside from the challenges that address Valmet's content, the player will also find information as reminders, serving as an aid to the player with data complementary to their experience.
In addition, part of the content covered can be visited by the player through the library. It brings more detailed information about what was presented on the trail. It serves as a manual, where the player can search for the information they want to consult or delve into.
To finish the game and release the final storytelling, it is necessary for the player to win all the phases stipulated by their area of activity and type of contract, reaching the minimum level of points in each location and ensuring alignment with Valmet's principles.
After finishing the game, the player is free to repeat a challenge in order to increase the score, unlock an achievement or review some learned content.
