Are you a landlord, do you own your own property or do you rent? Then become part of the WohnKlima panel. Support science and shape politics.
The WohnKlima panel focuses on topics relating to living, renting and letting. Developments on the housing market, rising interest rates and fluctuating real estate prices, as well as climate protection and its implementation in the building sector, pose major challenges for many people - including politicians. The federal government has set itself the goal of decarbonizing the building stock in Germany by 2045.
In the WohnKlima panel you have the opportunity to take part in surveys and make your voice heard in research and politics. Together with the Humboldt University of Berlin and the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change, Haus & Grund Deutschland conducts surveys on topics such as the housing situation, housing policy, the housing market, energy-saving renovation and other related topics. After successfully completing surveys, you collect lottery tickets that you can use in competitions and win prizes.
