This app allows me to access my classrooms, and I appreciate it for that. However, since the recent major update, I cannot take pictures or scan in-app and add the picture to the assignment without being sent to the home screen repeatedly, usually spending about fifteen minutes on submitting the picture. Plus, the problem is inconsistent, resulting in either no problem or a big problem. Restarting the app doesn't help.
Worked fine for the first week I needed it, but now it seems there's a bug or something. Every time I try to open the app it asks me to sign in, but once I click my account it acts like it's going to open then goes right back to the "get started" page, asking me to sign in again. I have restarted my phone, cleared the cache, & redownloaded the app multiple times, still doing the same thing. I missed an important message today for my class because the app hasn't been working right. Frustrating.
Laggy, assignments in the TO DO stream don't refresh so you think something is missing and it's not, or something wasn't turned in, and then eventually everything syncs and the list seems to reflect status correctly. Lately clicking on a notification to view an announcement just opens a blank page. I have to close the app and then go back in and go to Notifications again to see the announcement.
