Good app for Hawkins Walk, the only thing I will say is there is a slight disconnect between resources made for the company as a whole, and the specific apartment complex you are living at, often email or message the resources asked, and doesn't ever feel like that's the intended approach. The amenities tab is also useless, as our apartment complex does not use the reservation system or others listed. Also, the daily email digest is buggy and never shows all the messages you are subscribed to.
Far too slow to load, and there's no way to view payment or statement history. The UI and menu options are unintuitive. Also, there's no itemized description of charges. What's the point of this app? Every other property management app I've used offers these things. I'm not even a professional programmer and I firmly believe I could write a user-friendly app more marketable to property management companies than this drivel. It really makes you want to switch to paying rent with money orders.
Want to add yet another 1 star review. One would hope you guys would fix the issues after getting so many ... I've had this app for a couple of years (on android) for my current apartments, and it often doesn't let me in. Like right now, as soon as I put the cursor in the password field, the app closes and disappears. I tried a hard restart and to reinstall, but no go. (Also, would be great if apartments had an override option to allow residents to post freely during times of crisis).
