Bait and Switch (User Beware) Once you select your departure, arrival and their respective dates you'll come to flight options. The bar located near the top of the app will show you lowest fares for that day/date. The fare will be misleading if using your miles to book a flight. This is a bait and switch. The actual fare will be much higher than the bar shows. The bar states a price but you won't be able to find anything near that price. Its click bait. The app is useless in this regard.
I love that the app sends reminders for early check-in. You can also upgrade seats right on the app. Unfortunately, important information is inaccurate. For instance, my husband and I just took a trip. The app showed two different planes for us, although we flew together. Now, our return flight is delayed, but it shows "on time", and incorrect gate number no matter how many times I refresh the screen.
It's impossible to book a flight using the app without an error occurring which keeps your flight in a queue that also prevents you from completing the booking online. This is insane! It happened to me twice in one day. I had to call the customer support number to complete both reservations.
