There is always a problem with these people, I have traveled with them a couple of times in the past, and every single time, there would be at least one thing going wrong with either the airline or the app. Either the flights get delayed to unacceptable levels or the app has some random issue, such as not loading the code for your boarding pass. I have almost missed my flight in the past because of their app not showing the proper information or not letting you access it whatsoever.
The craft is an Airbus. It was amazing and comfortable. The flight attendants were pretty and good lookin' AND friendly. The only problem I have is booking the flight and telling me that I don't have a seat. In short, the website or app when booking a flight, sucks. Oh, yeah! You di have to pay for everything that we are used not paying in other airlines. Kind of overpriced. They have to be fair in this department.
Unsurprisingly for one of, if not the worst airline in the USA, their app is just as terrible as the airplanes, service, ridiculous fees and charges, and God forbid a plane ever leaves on time or lands on time. The app crashes and receives "unexpected errors" constantly. Usually when you are trying to load your boarding pass. Just the absolute worst all around.
