Easy enough to use. when I first booked, it got stuck processing for an hour. Finally refreshed, I got charged more. Just checked in and noticed plenty of open rows, so I switched to a seat of the same price got charged for that switched it back still getting charged... I understand the need for profit, but nickle and diming me at every turn isn't okay.
More of a menu of ways to spend more money than an app with real features. Too bad they appear to make it necessary to get a boarding pass, because sometimes it won't even give you one for a flight you're booked on. Don't count on it for updated info on your itinerary either, because it may be updated or it may not be. Of course if you just don't fly frontier you won't have to deal with the mediocrity of this app. On the plus side the app does appear slightly more reliable than the flights.
This app SUCKS. Doesn't give you the option to view your password as you enter it (same with website). When you reset your password, it doesn't accept the temporary password that they send to your email. App crashes constantly. Had to book through Priceline and pay extra because Frontier app SUCKS. Now I can't even log in to add my trip number for rewards points. I hate this company so much but they're the only direct flight to my destination and back.
