Once you get through the backing up issues, the BIGGEST flaw of this app is that it does not have intuitive organization using meta data that accompanied your photos. It doesn't organize your photos or videos based on the phone album it came from (i.e. camera, screenshots, downloads, etc.) This app allows you to Free up storage on your phone by deleting the photos from your phone. But why would you EVER do this if there is only a continuous scrolling log of photos that you now have to search.
Been having issues with the back up . It just says an error occured and we will try later. This is the second time this happened. And it sucks. First time I emailed the issue twice never got a response so I called and it was finally fixed. But now the issue is back again. So far two emails and no response. So I go several weeks without pictures being backed up. Thinking though that they did. But nope now they are lost since I like to delete off of my phone after a day or two.
Problems with this app are: 1- It's so painfully slow its virtually useless! I downloaded the app 5 days ago. In that time it has backed up 271 of my 6000 photos. 2- It doesn't stay connected to the internet. (I have fast business internet so the problem isn't my wifi) 3- I selected to back up over data if wifi isn't available hoping that would help. Nope! It doesn't switch when it drops. And it does it didn't reconnect itself. You have to close the app and restart. Positive: 1- nice layout
