I've had this app for awhile, scan my phone a few times a week & haven't had any issues. But for the last 4-5 my phone said I had 7 viruses, from FB, Google, GMAIL, phone & 3 others. So I scanned everyday & still 7 viruses. I'd like to know why this app had failed to find, isolate & remove them, before they were able to do harm, still things etc. As of just recently I had no problems & would of sent them a message, but I'm not able to find app support through Google play.
Update: App keeps freezing and acting up (02/27/24). (Old) app working better but not enough for me to change the star rating. Changed from 1 star to 2 because app does work a little better now but still far from being reliable. App shows that a phone number is considered a severe threat with x amount of reports but usable to view the report. Requires to be able to run in the background which causes phone battery to drain severly
Update 2/25/24 - I have checked and rechecked settings. Spam still make it through. Even worse, the reverse number lookup is useless. It cannot even identify the numbers for my known contacts. Every number I look up, it tells me there is no associated name. I have restarted my divice, cleared everything, started over witn the app, still no info on reverse number lookup. I feel like this service is a rip-off. Do better, AT&T.
