Useless for me as a visitor from USA. Downloading the app and setting it up was easy enough but all attempts to add a credit card failed. I tried the usual steps like updating the app, restarting the phone, and trying a different card but nothing helped. I turned to Google for help and found many similar complaints, with many users saying customer service didn't resolve the issue so I chose cut my losses at this point. I managed to get by with taxis.
The app is good and effective. Two things need to improve further. 1- there should be an option to rate the drivers immediately. The rating option comes very late, when you already forgot the name of driver who took you. Also, when the option appears, it goes away like a flash, sometimes before you have rated the driver. 2- The drivers rating option should stay in the history list, in case someone forget to rate, or the option is lost.
Very disappointed in the app and in their customer service. I have been blocked from using the app for "account issues" yet they never fix the issue after several emails from me. Now they are just ignoring my emails after I sent them screenshots of the error. I also put a credit balance on the account and they're not returning the credit nor are the fixing the problem. USE UBER INSTEAD.
