App works fine when you are under a normal operating situation (charging etc). However the support line is iffy. For example after installing the home flex charger I decided to upgrade my breaker to a higher Amp breaker. However I can't get the app to recognize the higher app breaker. The field for changing it us grayed out. Support line suggestions have not worked. They said they'd push issue up channel but haven't heard back. Really slow or non-existent support for homeflex.
no this is a rating of not just the app but also the system and in particular the older chargers. My understanding is that you should be able to use the tap on the phone or credit card or the charge point card to start and stop the charging. I can tap any of those to start the charge but when I tap to stop the charge it does not work it does not work on any of the old style non-touch screen machines.
Love Chargepoint's app, and network! I really hope they can keep growing their EV infrastructure! One thing I have to say though that you should fix is, when I am charging at a station, and I want to find another station on the map that is in another city, the map will constantly go back to the station I am charging at, and I have to keep moving the map back to the city I am looking for chargers in, which is pretty frustrating, and seems like an easy fix!
