It is really the best app I ever used in my entier life! It has every tools needed to relax and to feel better in many situations or subjects, all of it for free I am really thankful for that! It really gives you a feeling of having your own personal space, it is truly amazing, thanks for this app! However, I have just a little recommandation of improving, I'd suggest to add a way to listen to relaxing noises from the sleeping section while navigating through the app itself!
The app has had a major overhaul, can do so much more: Track mood, sleep, toolkit for things like thinking time, reframing thoughts. Fantastic app and a lot of it is free, which I think is important, someone shouldn't have to pay for mental health support and this app definitely ticks so many boxes for me.
This is a nice app, and probably the best one in my opinion. I suspect I have PTSD and wanted to use a mental health app in the meantime until I visit a psychiatrist one day (so I can refer to it when talking to the person about my mental health). My main complaint is that the pass code is broken. If enabled, I always get a blank screen upon opening the app. I've cleared the app cache and reinstalled, but that didn't fix it. It seems like when the pass code is disabled, this issue never occurs.
