I only use it in addition to a mind doc psychologist for the mood statistics. And it is good for that I'd say.. But the rest is pretty silly. They ask you if you are in financial trouble and then you have to pay for the full version and the full version is just some texts to read with information wich one could easily google... But at least they give you a teaser on how little you get for your money so you know it makes no sense to buy the full version.. thanks for that I guess
I really like this app. It's easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. It helps you track your mood and determine what your feeling. It asks simple questions that are easy to answer, but give important information. I also really like the 'discover' feature. You can listen to a multitude of things sorted into categories, for example: Tackling Overwhelming Emotions, Building Self-Confidence, Developing a Positive Attitude, Finding Healthy Sleep and more. Another thing I enjoy are the notifications.
I am using the app since over a year now as a mood tracker and diary. You can export all data to an excel sheet. Much later I discovered all the other options like meditations which are really nice with long breaks and for different topics, sleeping, fear, sadness. There are plenty. Also a lot of background information about depression and emotions and how to deal with them. I really really like this app and fully recommend it.
