I think this is genuinely the best app I have ever downloaded. I have been struggling with my mental health for the past few months, and just graduated college so I no longer have therapy. This app is incredible, the Smart AI option feels like a therapy appointment. When I need advice it uses my answers from previous questions to help with the problem, it feels so personal! For me, it is worth the price because it is helping me so much. Thank you to everyone who made this app, you are amazing <3
I like the app with the guided journaling and breathing exercises. One annoying bug in the programming with the date when entering a journal note, it puts the wrong date. Instead of the current date it puts yesterday's date which is frustrating when trying to recall when something happened. I sent a message to tech but never heard a response.
Really buggy. Breathing exercises conclude in a split second- just flash at me then end. If I click that I'm done, it does it again. I have to close the app entirely to escape. View an affirmation? Same deal, it flashes by for a brief moment and is gone. I can appreciate the irony of a frustratingly glitchy relaxation app, but I'd expect something functional after having a subscription pushed immediately.
