It's unfortunate that I was unaware that changes were to come with GSB's app. I truly missed the memo and am not adjusting well to the changes. Had I known GSB would get rid of the card lock feature altogether and remove the quick balance feature on the login screen (two of my favorite security features), I would have been better prepared for a bank switch. Now, I have to research a ton of banks and weigh the pros and cons between them for a new bank home after 10 years. Oh woe is me.
I prefer the simplicity of the previous app. This is too cluttered and busy, and hard on the eyes.i get there is a demand for more features, but I'm not thrilled. Maybe I will learn to like it with time, but...
I just do not like the new app or how it looks. I don't like that the transactions don't show the actual name of the company my money was spent at because it makes it hard for me to keep track of what was spent where... I much prefer the old app over the new one. Just too much going on on the main screen.
