Cannot do anything. The app will not allow me to type any information. For example, it wants to know my last name and my booking reference but every time I type a letter, it immediately deletes. Same happens if I copy and paste the details in to the app, it immediately deletes what I've typed in the boxes. I cannot view any of my flight information on the app. Therefore, unfortunately I have had to give one star as it is not fit for purpose. EDIT: Issue seems to have fixed itself a week later.
The app is good I guess. But the in flight entertainment is junk on at least the Google Pixel 7. Not sure if this has anything to do with the performance but two flight and I wasn't able to watch a movie. Advertisements would play just find and trailers would play. But not a the actual movie. Horrible, horrible experience not once, but twice. I will always look to travel any other airline other than Hawaiian because of this. You lose control of problem solving when you don't provide the service.
Limited functionality. Faintly useful for check-in but you are still better of with printed tickets. Most other functionality just sends you to the website. Implements the Urban Airship suite of data trackers, which will result in you receiving yet more spam and targeted advertising. Updates any communication preferences you may have set on the website to opt you in to communications you've previously opted out of - gives you no means to opt out from with the app. Life is better without it.
