This app is terrible. DO NOT INSTALL. I connected a bank account to set up recurring payments, but every time I try, it prompts me to link to an external account and then tells me that I already set up the one I have! Ridiculous cycle that makes it harder to pay your loans. Good luck finding the loan payment with a debit card option. That's buried way down in menu options. The pay button from within the loan account view doesn't provide this option but initiates the loop mentioned above.
Piece of garbage. Whatever update they did broke my ability to deposit a check. It takes the front but after taking the back and pressing use, it goes back to taking another picture. Stuck in a loop. The back button crashes the app. FIX IT! How about notifying us users that you can't deposit any check higher than $5000.00. Would eliminate major frustrations! Changing to 4 stars.
The app isn't all that special given that it's basically a dedicated browser window to access the website and because of that it still behaves a lot like a browser window in terms of lagging and transitions, but it does run quite a lot better than trying to do it through a Chrome window. I hope in the future that maybe features like video calling or text chat with financial advisors will be integrated, but as it sits the app does what it needs to and that's perfectly ok to me
