Tried to sign up multiple times. It would first just result in an error not letting me do anything. Then after multiple attempts it let me take a photo of my face and ID, and then just returned back to the opening page of the app. I didn't even get the No Match Found error everyone else is encountering. Absolutely awful experience, and I say that as an app developer!
One of the most frustrating apps I have ever come across. Trying to register and finally got through the passport and facial recognition stage, then came setting up the password. Having completed filling that in there was a message saying that I had not completed all the boxes, but wait, the boxes were all showing below and all were filled. Tried a couple more times to be sure that there were no errors, then gave up. Good job I am not traveling until later on!
After a couple attempts I got through all the stages of setting up the app. However for my dad, everytime he gets to the face verification ( where you have to place your face inside the oval shape) he has an issue. You can not see his face on the screen, instead it is just a white screen. It then tells him that the app cannot see his face properly so and takes him back to the start. He's tried the app about ten times now and has the same problem everytime. Very frustrated and disappointed.
