Having a text code every time I log in is annoying. Also got charged an overdraft transfer fee that a customer service rep said shouldn't happen. When I went to pull it up in the app, it was erased from my history when the next statement period started, even though it was well within 30 days from the transaction. I liked the older version better
This app is horrible! Why bother to enable fingerprint when it disables it each time you log on?! I understand the precautions set up, but once it recognizes your device the text message code shouldn't be necessary. Tired of having to call and get the app unlocked, because I didn't use it in a few days. If I could give it a zero star rating, I certainly wouldn't hesitate.
Love NNB, would have given them 5 stars, but they're the only bank that doesn't let me take a screenshot of my transaction confirmation... not good!
