Font size for transactions is too small. Credits should be in green font. New app is web based and now has an auto-hide scroll bar which is very annoying when viewing transactions. Bill pay is worse than before for both the app and online banking. Now there are two separate scroll bars in bill pay with online banking instead of just one like before. Zelle is still not available. The only positives now are the ability to edit the description name for transactions and external account aggregation.
If you're going to rebuild a mobile application at least make it an upgrade. This app is just as garbage as the last one. Great bank, great people, terrible application. Literally one of the worst banking apps. Hire some people who understand UI/UX. Also i do not want to see half of someone's face when I'm banking. Looks like she is looking down at my account info. Horrible design. People need to be fired. Starting at the top.
Used to be fine, recently uninstalled because it has become unusable, freezes phone on intro screen, if you dont touch for 1m and let login screen load, Won't take creds that work on desktop site, then resets to login screen if you navigate to email app to try to retrieve reset code. I'm done. Maybe someone will let me know when there's been an update.
