It took me 2 days, trying to create digital card, but always getting "Error. Try again later." Now that I created the card, I'm getting new errors. Doesn't even show me the info of my digital card. How do I use my card now? 🤬When I click card details, I get an error "no records". When I click the flip icon on the top corner of card image, the card is blank! I transferred money to the card and can't use it now, and can't transfer it out, cuz I also get errors! 🤬 Bank can't afford programmers
Very poor application and not user friendly. Over and over again they update the app and change the features. I tried to transfer money to an added beneficiary and couldn't do the transaction, you didn't surprise me every update is worse than the previous keep it up. The worst bank in ksa my account is frozen because the bank employees can't solve the issue.
It doesn't let you open account! I tried to open a bank account, it took me to their website. Then after registration it gave me a mobile wallet! I did not want mobile wallet, I wanted a bank account. Before downloading the mobile wallet app it does not even tell you that you will be downloading mobile wallet app. It says welcome to Riyad Bank, but to register for something else.
