I cannot figure out how to change the android phone notifications on this app. I like the Bluetooth connectivity to my phone for when I want to stream audio. But I hate it when my phone rings in my hearing aids or text message notifications bing in my hearing aids. Makes me crazy. You'd think the app would have more options for the premium they charge for hearing aids!
Everytime I use the app, I lose bluetooth connection with one or both hearing aids at somepointintheday. I sometimes have to restart my phone and reset the hearing aids. If I connect with my phone without starting the app, I maintain a good connection all day. When the app is working, it's nice to have control over the hearing aids, but it's too frustrating to use.
I am not impressed with the app or hearing aids. My hearing aids just disconnect randomly multiple times daily requiring restarting my phone to reconnect. My hearing aids shut completely off and then randomly restart. I don't know they are off until they chime back on. Viewing other comments I see no response from the app team acknowledging the problem. My app says it is version 2.5.0 but the app site has no update info since 2021. Am I even using the correct app?
