Initially disappointed that the in-app camera functionality was broken. I bought the service, no warning about what they're still working on. First experience was not so good. The camera fails to collect photos to the recorded experience SILENTLY. No warning that it's not working while you're recording. You only find out at the end.
Decent app. The free version works pretty well, but using the app is quite a variable experience. E.g. I tried to record a 23 mile ride last night and Relive just stopped recording part way through. I think it might have auto-paused at our rest stop, but never auto resumed or something -- Strava auto-paused and auto-resumed no problem. The app itself needs polish and honing. E.g. picking pictures is difficult because you only get to see tiny thumbnails. I should be able to zoom the pictures to fullscreen to pick. I also feel like I have to baby the app during the saving portion or risk losing my rides. The price for the pro version is far too high. At $5/month that means, depending on the month, I'd be paying $1-5 per 30s video which is not a good value. I'd consider it for $1/month but even that's not great for something so small and frivolous.
10/2018:Neat app and service however........my route replays keeps pausing (lagging) which is making the video nearly unwatchable. I've signed up for the monthly service and I'm pretty bummed about this. People who I share my routes with are also complaining of the lagging playback. 1/2/19: playback is still buffering to the point where video is almost unwatchable. Others who try to view it have the same issue. Lowered to 2 stars.
