As a sitter, I love this app! It takes some getting used to, but I've never had an issue contacting CS for assistance if need be. They're fantastic! However, the new update seems to be glitchy for me. It tells me I'm not able to use the app due to a lack of internet connection, but every other app on my phone (and device in my home that's connected to wifi) works just fine. If this was fixed, I'd give five stars!
App freezes a lot. While out walking if I take more than 4 pics, the app hangs and experiences connectivity issues. I have an S23 Ultra, so the phone is not the issue. If I am in an area with low cell signal, and try taking pics, it lags as freezes. If I close the app and reopen it, it says it can't connect to the server and just hangs. I then have to restart my phone, which wipes out the pics I took for my clients. Pls fix the connection issues.
This app sucks. 1. You can't search by sitter unless you've already booked with them before, so you have to scroll through 100's of other sitters looking for the one you like. 2. You can't start a booking through your sitter of choice while in their profile (seriously??) 3. You can't book multiple services in one. So if you want two 1/2 hour drop-in's & one 1 hour drop in, you have to do them separately. Not to mention - dog walks separately as well. 4. There's more,but there's not enough room.
